Every November the NC Comicon is the place to be for the best in comics, cosplay, and pop-culture goodness. Bringing top-tier guests and vendors from all over the country to the Triangle for three glorious days, the show is an all-inclusive home to anyone who’s ever considered themselves a fan. We had the opportunity to tell an inside story of what goes into making Comicon happen, providing a deeper look into the lives of who runs the show and celebrate the individuality of every cosplayer, comic book fan, and Comicon attendee with a documentary on NC Comicon.
For 3 days the Amazing Studios cameras followed the Comicon crew through the madness that comes with putting on a comic book convention. With guests such as Gerard Way (My Chemical Romance, Umbrella Academy, Doom Patrol) and Charlie Adlard (The Walking Dead) and massive events, legendary parties, and a sea of comic book fans, the guys and gals of NC Comicon really had their hands full.
