To promote all the amenities of the Town of Knightdale, we created a four-part comedic series following an curious and humorous Knight.

The Town of Knightdale is a community on the rise—growing fast, full of energy, and ready to welcome new residents. To capture that momentum, the town wanted a campaign that would attract families and showcase its thriving amenities. However, they knew a standard promotional video full of scenic shots and statistics wouldn’t be enough. They needed something bold, memorable, and full of personality.

The Concept

Through a creative brainstorming process, Dale the Knight was born. The character became the town’s unofficial mascot—and its most passionate, if slightly out-of-place, protector. Donning medieval armor in modern-day Knightdale, Dale set out on a humorous adventure to discover what makes his new hometown special.

The Execution

Each of the four videos in the series focuses on a key aspect of life in Knightdale:

  • Beautiful homes and neighborhoods
  • Public safety and community care
  • Quality of life and local events
  • Dining, entertainment, and recreation

Throughout his journey, Dale learns that being a true Knightdale resident means embracing progress and connection, not just tradition. His charm and enthusiasm make him the perfect ambassador for the town’s message.
